619-622 Copper Ground Plates

Lightning Protection System Ground Plate: High conductivity copper sheet with bonding plates (C410) attached to plate for mechanical connection. Copper Lightning Protection Ground Plates can be installed in shallow soil and or rocky ground when a typical ground rod (8’-10’) cannot be driven into the ground. Also available with welded pigtail instead of  mechanical connections.

Common thickness is .032″, .064″, and .25″ thick plate but other thicknesses and sizes available upon request, please CONTACT us for more info.

Copper Ground Plate needs to be a minimum of 0.032″ min for UL96 Lightning Protection Compliance.  

Copper Ground Plate needs to be a minimum of 0.064″ min for UL467 and NEC Compliance for The National Electrical Code.

Plates available in 12×12″, 12×24″, 18×18″, 24×24″, and 36×36″.
